Learners may secure a place by paying a £250 deposit.

Deposit Breakdown:

• £75 administration fee (non-refundable in all circumstances).

• £175 placement support fee (refundable only if Education Made Right is unable to secure employment for the learner).

Refund Conditions for Deposit

• The £75 administration fee is strictly non-refundable.

• The £175 portion is refundable only if Education Made Right is unable to secure employment for the learner.

• The learner must accept any suitable job offer arranged through Education Made Right.

• If the learner declines a suitable job offer, the full £250 deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Once employment has been secured, the full £250 deposit becomes non-refundable.

Remaining Balance Payment (£1,999)

Upon securing employment, the learner must pay the remaining £1,999.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, learners are entitled to cancel within 14 days of payment for the £1,999, provided no digital learning content has been accessed.

A full refund will be issued if the learner cancels within 14 days and has not accessed, logged into, viewed, or downloaded any Learning Hub materials.

Loss of Right to Cancel

By accessing the Learning Hub or any digital course materials, the learner expressly acknowledges that they are beginning digital content delivery and agree that their statutory 14-day cancellation right will end once access is granted.

Once any learning materials have been accessed, the £1,999 becomes non-refundable.

Full Course Fee Paid Upfront (No Deposit, including installment payments)

If the full course fee is paid upfront without a deposit:

• The learner may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no Learning Hub materials have been accessed.

• Once the learner logs into or accesses any digital course materials, the course is deemed to have started.

• Upon access to digital content, the right to cancel within 14 days is waived, and the course fee becomes non-refundable.

Definition of Course Start

The course is considered to have started when the learner logs into the Learning Hub or accesses, views, streams, or downloads any learning materials.
